MotiveWave® is a feature-rich, user-friendly, highly customizable trading software with beautiful charts. MotiveWave® is data feed neutral, and they support Windows, macOS and Linux. The trading software is available in several different editions to meet your charting and trading needs.

Order Flow Trading Tools

• HEAT MAP* : A historical display of cumulative limit order sizes above and below the market price. It graphically displays historical Depth of Market sizes. *Available only with the MotiveWave® Order Flow Edition.
• VOLUME FOOTPRINT (Volume Imprint)* : Provides several ways to look at volume and how it relates to price. There are currently 5 different types of Footprint charts: (1) Profile, (2) Bid/Ask, (3) Ladder, (4) Delta & (5) Volume. *Available only with the MotiveWave® Order Flow Edition.
• VOLUME PROFILE : Displays the distribution of volume traded at each price (or price range) for a given period of time. This identifies how trading activity is distributed by volume (exchanged units) and shows key support and resistance levels.
• VWAP (Volume Weighted Avg. Price) : Uses historical tick data to calculate the average weighted price by volume. Optionally, ticks can be generated from historical minute bars.
