Existing Clients

Manage your trading account with ease. Find instructions for funding and withdrawing from your account based on your FCM/FDM below.

Fund Your Account

Due to anti-money laundering laws, the FCM/FDM can only accept funds coming from an account in the same name as your trading account. Regardless of the method of funding you choose, please keep in mind that the FCM/FDM does not accept third party funds. Please make sure your account is open prior to funding. It is against regulations to keep unapplied funds and the FCM/FDM will return to you any third party funds, cashier’s checks, money orders or starter checks. The FCM/FDM does not accept funding from multi-currency digital accounts (such as Wise & Revolut), as they are not banks.

To view the funding instructions, please login to your Ironbeam account at: https://trading.certigo.com/

  • Once logged in, select: Account Services > Transfer Funds > Deposit Funds

Ironbeam does not accept money orders or cashier’s checks. Personal checks sent to fund the account should be for USD. ACH Transfers have 10-day business hold before use.

Withdraw Funds

Withdraw funds from your Ironbeam account:

  1. Go to trading.certigo.com
  2. Log in with your account credentials
  3. Navigate to Account Services > Transfer Funds > Withdraw Funds
  4. Select the Delivery Method and follow the instructions

Important Notes

  • All funding and withdrawal requests are subject to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines and verification procedures.
  • First-time withdrawals require confirmation via both phone and email for security purposes.
  • Funds must be withdrawn to the same source from which they were deposited, unless otherwise authorized.
  • The cut-off time for same-day withdrawal processing is 8:45 AM PST. Requests received after this time will be processed the next business day.
